The Declaration of Interdependence

For 100 years we have blindly believed false claims and misleading guarantees aggressively promoted by government and industry alike that synthetic chemicals posing as food and medicine are harmless, while naturally occurring foods and medicine have steadily been disparaged as inferior or of dubious quality and effectiveness.

While at least 100,000 chemicals are in commercial use worldwide and few have ever been tested, either individually or synergistically, for their impact on human health, many of the tests that have been conducted show an alarming link between these synthetic chemicals and genetic predispositions toward illness and disease.

This Synthetics Belief System is now a global myth. It has come to define our very notion of comfort and quality of life, while its impact has resulted in a constant redefining of what it means to be 'normal' or even human. Now, with the dramatic rise of new diseases severely affecting our fundamental ability to even reproduce, we are on a slippery slope headed toward mass extinction.

We, the People of the World thus declare: We are Interdependent!

We demand that trade secrecy and label laws that keep toxic chemicals hidden from public awareness must be reformed NOW so that we all have free and open access to the identity of chemicals in our foods, medicine and consumer products

Our bodies are our private property and chemical toxins are unwelcome trespassers. This is our fundamental right as sovereign individuals.

We demand that safety testing on all chemicals must begin NOW because this poses the gravest long-term threat to the health and survival of our species and all other life on this planet.

Natural or truly organic alternatives to synthetic foods and medicines is our most basic human right, and must be embraced as such for the sake of all.

We so declare because we are an interdependent species and our health should be naturally occurring.
